This course will introduce you to the elements and practical aspects of knowledge management processes. Learn about different knowledge management strategies that can be used by organisations to best leverage their knowledge capital. This course offers participants an opportunity to learn how knowledge management can be applied in training, operations, human resources, marketing, information technology, research and development.

Registration fee includes lunches, refreshments, training materials and does not include travel, accommodation and other personal expenses. The participant or their institution are responsible for these expenses.
